This project, as part of a government initiative, aimed to enhance an existing system by introducing new functionalities and improving its capabilities. The initiative aimed not only to maintain current performance standards but also to identify and implement opportunities for optimising operational efficiency.
I was involved in the end-to-end design process, including observing users in action, analysing their workflows and mental models, and collaborating with them to co-create designs that ensured the solution aligned with their needs.

This initiative focused on creating a centralised Financial Data Hub (FDH) to streamline financial data aggregation, storage, and analysis. By integrating generative AI, it improves data quality, reporting, and decision-making while supporting regulatory compliance, with the product developed to be scalable and customisable for client acquisition.
I played a lead role in this project, collaborating with industry SMEs and managing stakeholders to refine requirements and align the design with market needs and client expectations. I also guided the integration of generative AI to enhance functionality and deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.
